3. Pricing and Payments

All product prices are displayed on the website. Prices and offers may change without prior notice. Orders are subject to payment verification and stock availability. Any applicable delivery charges or other fees will be communicated before checkout.

4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification and order confirmation from Veeravel Mobile. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or other valid reasons. Any eligible refund for a cancelled prepaid order will be processed to the original payment method, subject to payment provider procedures.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers must provide a correct delivery address and contact number. Customers should inspect the package upon receipt and report any transit damage or missing items promptly.

6. Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

Products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund merely due to a change of mind or personal preference. However, this policy does not exclude remedies required under applicable consumer protection laws. If a product is delivered damaged, incorrect, materially different from its description, or has another qualifying issue, customers should contact us promptly with the order details and supporting photographs or videos. Eligible cases will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law and the stated product policy.

7. Warranty Policy

Manufacturer warranty, if available, will be specified in the product listing. Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Customers may need to contact an authorised service centre for warranty claims.

Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, tampering, or other exclusions may affect warranty coverage according to the manufacturer's policy. For used and open-box phones, warranty availability and coverage will be clearly stated in the listing. Veeravel Mobile does not provide an additional shop warranty unless explicitly mentioned in writing.

8. Used Mobile Phones and Battery Health

Battery health, cosmetic condition, included accessories, and any known repairs or replaced parts will be described as accurately as possible. Battery health may change with usage and time. Customers should review the product listing carefully before purchasing a pre-owned device.

9. Product Images and Specifications

Product images are provided for reference. Actual colour and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Product specifications are based on available information and may vary by model or region.
